Is your Salesforce data ready for AI?

Most Salesforce orgs aren't ready for an AI agent yet, and the problem is rarely the agent. Agents fail on duplicate records, missing data from other systems, and access settings nobody has reviewed in years. Our AI Readiness Audit finds those problems in two to three weeks and gives you a prioritized fix list, before you spend on Agentforce, Claude or anything else.

Why AI projects stall

An agent can only be as accurate as the data it reads and as safe as the access it's given. Salesforce can now be reached from Agentforce, Slack and Claude, so a permission mistake that used to sit unnoticed is one question away from the wrong person. And if your order, inventory or warehouse data lives outside Salesforce, the agent can't see it.

What we check

  • Data quality: duplicates, incomplete records, stale fields, and whether one customer is one record

  • Access and permissions: sharing model, profiles, permission sets, integration and guest users: who and what can see each record

  • Integrations: which systems hold data an agent will need (ERP, billing, Snowflake) and how reliably it reaches Salesforce

  • Automation: flows and code that an agent would trigger, and whether they hold up under higher volume

  • Use cases: two or three AI use cases worth doing first, ranked by value and readiness

What you get

  • A written readiness report, scored by area

  • A prioritized fix list, with effort estimates

  • A map of your Salesforce integrations and data sources

  • A short list of AI use cases worth piloting

  • A walkthrough call with your team

How it works

  1. Scoping call (30 min). We learn your goals and confirm what's in scope.

  2. Review (1–2 weeks). We review your org and integrations with read-only access, plus short interviews with the people who use it.

  3. Results (week 3). We walk you through the report and fix list. You can take it in-house, or have us do the work.

Who it's for

Companies on Salesforce that are considering Agentforce or Claude, already piloting AI and seeing poor results, or connecting Salesforce to an ERP or data warehouse. It's a fixed-fee engagement, scoped on the first call.

Frequently asked questions

Do we need Data 360 or Snowflake to use AI in Salesforce?

Not always. Many first use cases run on core Salesforce data. If an agent needs data from your ERP or warehouse, the audit shows the simplest way to get it there.

Is it safe to connect Claude to our Salesforce?

It can be, if your access settings are right first. The connection respects your Salesforce permissions, so it exposes whatever those permissions already allow. The audit checks that before anyone turns it on.

Will you need admin access to our org?

Read-only access is enough for the review. We never change anything during the audit.

What happens after the audit?

You own the report and fix list. Many clients have us handle the fixes or the first AI pilot, but there's no obligation.

How is this different from a general Salesforce health check?

A health check looks at how well Salesforce runs today. This audit looks at whether your data and access are ready for an AI agent to act on them.
